The First Verse begins where many creative lives begin: with talent, ambition, uncertainty, and the need to discover which voice is truly your own.

The contemporary musical follows young artists pursuing music careers while navigating friendship, heartbreak, identity, and the difficult distance between wanting a dream and becoming ready to live it.

Its songs are not pauses in the story. They reveal the choices, fears, and emotional contradictions that the characters cannot express any other way. That relationship between character and music is what gives the project its center.
